Norman Taylor is a Singer/Songwriter/Acoustic Blues

performer from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area.

His style is entrenched in the country blues of people

like Robert Johnson and Skip James, and contemporary

acoustic blues men like Keb Mo, Eric Bibb and Guy Davis.

Norman also draws influence from country, 70's rock, soul,

gospel and a variety of musical forms.. Taylor has also been

an opening act for blues acts such as Guy Davis and

Marcia Ball. Singers-Songwriter Phil Roy, Pat Wictor and

Chris Smithers. In addition to these openers Norman has

also played festivals such as Camp Jam in the Pines where

he played on the same bill as Ronnie Baker Brooks,and the

State Street Blues Stroll in Media PA where he performed on

the same bill as Rory Block, Lonnie Shields, and Sharrie

Williams. Norman has also played the Lowcountry

Blues Bash  in Charelston SC on the bill with: Big Bill

Morganfield , Nick Moss & the Flip  Tops , Paul Geremia,

Rich DelGrosso & Jonn Del Toro Richardson and

Lightnin’ Malcolm & Cedric Burnside. More info here
